When placing the order the item was indicated as being in stock. However, when the part didn't arrive as expected, I subsequently contacted the you, but the person I spoke to didn't seam particularly interested and just said "it would probably be with you in the next 2 - 3 days". I really needed this part urgently and would probably have not placed the order in the first place if I had known it wasn't in stock? You really need to be clear about items, whether big or small, and not mislead people! Also, it would be a good idea to confirm the order by email, initially when the order is placed, and perhaps indicate if the item has been sent or not?
