Flymo Robotic Lawnmower Charging Station

Hi - Flymo have 2 models of the 1200R and they have different parts and voltages even though they have the same model number and look identical. I know its my fault and dont hold Ransom to blame (or to ransom?) and am just peeved! it really isn't clear that there are more models that the one we each have.. Flymo should be ashamed not to use a different model number or demarcation to help identify this. This review is to save other people the best part of £200 when ordering this. It will NOT work with the 2016 model only the 2013 model. Also I would be careful with the model numbers in the 21013/2016 PCBs which Ransom show as being the same but when I checked with Flymo they said they take different voltages. I ended up putting my 1200R on an auction site with brand new but mismatched docking station and ordered a new robot mower.. only not from Flymo who havent been at all helpful. This also took a lot longer to arrive than expected but I suspect the global pandemic may have had a hand to play in that.
