Difficult to fit as original spring was missing however having fashioned an appropriate hook tool part fitted perfectly.

I wanted to say a massive thanks to Ransom Spares! My Husqvarna AWD ride on tractor/mower broke the day before the strict French lock down due to coronavirus. We use the tractor all the time, not just for mowing but all number of tasks around huge gardens. The morning the lock down went into effect I drove to the nearest Husqvarna dealer some 15 minutes away here in rural France. No luck - they had already closed! Tried a great local garden mechanic shop I know yet they sadly didn't have anything like it in stock and they had no idea how long it would take to get delivery. Scoured the internet for the part with no luck across all of Europe until I came across a parts diagram of the bl**dy tractor at Ransom Spares. So finally located the broken part - a simple brake/clutch spring. A simple click on the part and I was able to order it. Brilliant. The spring is hardened steel and the former one just snapped after many years of pretty hard work. The tractor/mower will not work without this £8.00 part!!! So I ordered 2. :) Being a British firm and Europe having pretty much closed down I was hopeful the part would be shipped - although no idea if it would arrive? Even our post is dodgy these days and being Springtime - we need the tractor more than ever. 2 weeks after placing my order the parts arrived! The spring is a bu**er to fix - very tight space up inside the pedal housing once you've stripped it down to get to it. Finally though after much cursing and skin removal from knuckles I managed to hook the new spring into place and thankfully tractor is now working well. I can't thank Ransom Spares enough for coming through for us at a time like this. You guys rock!
