Good value
I needed a replacement starter solenoid. This is a genuine replacement and was half the price of local agents. Good value and good service.

Great product, worked perfectly
The product arrived on time, and worked perfectly. Only issues were down to Haqvarna making access to it impossible without removing the steering wheel and top fairing, to get at it. Very straightforward when I got access.

Lack of Customer Service response
I waited a week but nothing arrived. I emailed customer service to ask for a tracking number. No reply was forthcoming. It was during the Corona virus pandemic. One week later the part arrived. Easy to fit.
