I have a 20 year old Hotpoint Creda cooker. Lots of screws at the back to take off & the screws holding the elements were difficult to undo (perhaps to be expected!). However, all sorted & very pleased with 2 new grill elements. I would not have attempted a replacement like this without seeing the video which made the process easy to follow. Many thanks.

Needed it quickly and got it
Double grill element failed and I ordered it online and within 3 days it was here. I've used this company before for a couple of other parts and can't fault them.

15 minute job - Replacement slotted straight in
First class service from Ransom as always. Easy to identify required part on website. Despatched on day of order, here in 2 days. 15 minutes to take out old, replace with new.

Great product, easy to fit
Hello This product do what it should do, one of the elements went on the cooker so I decided to replace both while I was at it and keep the working one as a spare. It was quick and easy to find the part number and the nice man took my order and I was told it would be first class post so I should have it next day but as it was very near Christmas it came in two days not a problem. The product came well packaged and the time from switching the MAINS ELECTRIC OFF to switching it back on was 20 mins. I would also like to point out it was proper part not a patented part which I liked. Hope that helps. Charles.

Grill heating elements
Product arrived quickly after we ordered. The parts we ordered were genuine not pattern parts and were top quality. Fitting was easy after watching the video and we saved a lot of money as we did the job ourselves, I would hate to think of the cost of calling out an engineer.

Fits perfectly and great value.
I previously purchased the compatible half grill element but I felt that it didn't heat up as quickly or get as hot as the original hotpoint one. When the other half needed replacing, I decided to buy the genuine hotpoint part and it's definitely worth paying the extra. It heats up much quicker and glows much brighter than the compatible part. On this basis I will always buy the genuine part in future. Ransom Spares have always been a great company to buy from and I will continue to recommend them highly.
