First class customer service
Had difficulty fitting the new part as I had left a retaining clip on the original part. With the help of customer service the problem was identified and the new part fitted perfectly. Would thoroughly recommend this supplier.

Be careful .
Make sure you photograph the old one before you remove it as there are quite a few to connect. This is the second one I have had to replace so ONLY 4 STARS FOR QUALITY

Oven Selector Switch
Ordered Oven selector switch which arrived efficiently by standard post. Product appeared to be of very good quality and well priced. It fitted the oven as well as the original part which had overheated. Returned an oven thermostat and hope that process goes as well as the purchasing process. I would highly recommend Ransom Spares.

SWITCH PACK REVIEW
The switch pack Part Number :RS9119 delivered by post arrived undamaged and well packaged. The product was the correct oven selector switch for Indesit electric cooker model - KD3C1(w)g. The product was easy to fit replacing the original selector switch which somehow had an insulation failure causing the cooker fuse to trip. The product allowed a very economical repair and the oven now works perfectly.

Great product, easy to fit
Only place we could find that sold This item after ours strangely snapped off and we were without a oven. Fitted it within 5 minutes. Quick delivery, very happy with the product. No need to call out a professional you can easily do it yourself. Only tricky but is the clips but other than that no problems. Will use company again
