Great customer service & part did the job..
First attempt for delivery wasn't good, not the suppliers fault but down to the carrier... After an quick email explaining situation the supplier quickly responded & sent out a replacement FOC.. All done within a quick, efficient & friendly manner & was very much appreciated.. Part for the tumble dryer is now fitted & works well.. Would definitely use this supplier again.. Thanks guys.

Easy to fit
My sons tumble dryer stopped working, found that the drum shaft was broken. Simple to drill out old rivets and replace with the new fitting. Part supplied was exactly what was required and came with new nuts and bolts. Excellent quick service, will use again.

Great Price and speed of delivery. Found it easier to drill out the old rivets from the back of the drum as there was a slight indentation which lined up lovely with the 5.5mm drill. Would highly recommend this company.

Saved buying new tumble dryer!
The part itself is outstanding. Dismantling tumble dryer isn’t difficult, but please please please be very methodical about taking apart so that putting it all back together is straight forward. Hotpoint seems to be built with two very similar sized screws - highly recommend marking inside tumble dryer with permanent marker which screw type was removed from each place! Whilst machine was apart, chose to also replace drive belt as it was cheap to buy. Hardest part of re-assembly was fitting drive belt back on drum & motor, so also suggest watching video for the ‘technique’.

replaced belt, then realized drum shaft needed replacing as well. I ordered online, arrived really quickly. I followed a youtube video. Unbelievable result. about £20 for both items, my wife wanted to buy a new dryer. The workings inside are easy to get at and very simple

Easy replacement
Bought the part and it arrived in short time. Instructions were simple and easy to follow, tho I do have to say it's time to clean up the print as it's a copy, of a copy, of a copy, etc. The rivets drilled out VERY easily which was my big fear. Just use the specified 5.0mm or 5.5mm drill bit (can't remember which one it is but it's specified on the instructions) and you won't miss. Easier done with 2 people as reaching through to hold the screw on the inside of the drum and thread on the nut from the back is a bit of a stretch. appeared to be quality construction and dryer is now working great! Replace your belt whilst in there as you will most likely have to remove it to do this job.

Saved buying new tumble drier
This drum shaft kit was easy to fit by viewing installation videos on youtube. Machine now working perfectly and former crashing noises eliminated. Great value kit.
