Shame to need it, but once we did, easy to buy and install
I was very frustrated when my 14-month-old dryer started making noise because of a bearing, and none of the repair people in my area could get the part. Buying it on-line was a great solution and it was installed and working within 5 minutes.

Easy to order and pay
I purchased this part for our tumble drier and was very pleased with the ease of ordering and payment. I was a bit disappointed that although this was a very small part and very light, it took 3-4 days to receive it despite paying a delivery which would have easily have paid for a heavier part.

Saved me a new dryer!
Dryer was making a horrible grinding sound. Took the back off and noticed this was worn through. One screw to change. Saved me a fortune!

Great sevice
I received excellent advice on a problem and was able to order the part I wanted. The part arrived as promised next day. Great sevice. The tech. staff seemed to know what they were talking about which is not always the case with some firms. I will certainly use this firm again when required.

great fitting parts
