Should replace the filter much more often, because this new one makes such a difference.

type 28 carbon filter
My hood was not on the drop down list of hoods on the web site, but was marked typ 28 and looked identical to picture, so took the risk and ordered two. Very quick delivery, well packaged. Fitment was a little tight, but OK (better tight than loose!) Good price for something that works!

Easy replacement but beware spilt charcoal
Second set of filters bought from Ransoms (I replaced them last year as well). Fits my Hotpoint extractor perfectly. Can be a little messy as some charcoal fell out of this filter. Good rapid delivery.

Does the job.
Essential piece of equipment for a cooker hood that recirculates into the kitchen. Easy to remove the old filter but hit and miss when trying to fit the new one. I have a Hotpoint cooker hood, it is cheap and cheerful but you only get what you pay for and another make might have better fitting instructions.

Exactly what I wanted
Found this product easy to fit, had an old extractor fan and no where locally stocked anything like the old filter. Ordered this and found it was exactly the right size, could not find this product anywhere else, saved me buying a new extractor fan, very pleased to have found this on your website.

Just the job
I needed a new filter and found this firm provided just what I want, with an easy system for checking that it was the right one for my cooker hood. The price was good, so I ordered. Excellent value and easy to fit
