this kit was delivered very promptly and was an original part, as had been stated on the web site. I found it very usefull to be able to put the model number of the washing machine and check automatically if the part was correct. Fitted the part with some difficulty ( no fault of the part) and completed a successfull repair which would have probably cost me a substantial amount of money. I will definately be using Ransom Spares again as the information, help, and goods were of a very professional nature. Thank you

The door clasp on our washing machine failed and the soonest the engineer could visit under the extended warranty was 2 weeks and 1 day later. Went on line, saw the product, ordered and paid for next day delivery and within 24 hrs the item was received and fitted, giving us the washing machine back 2 weeks sooner that the warranty cover would have! Really cannot fault the service many thanks

Replacing a washing machine door lock.

I decided to attempt a repair to the washing machine, having broken the handle. After a little research on the Internet I found this part and was impressed with the price so I ordered it. It was New Year and I expected a delay but the part arrived in three days!! I then removed the door and stripped it down, taking note as to the order of assembly. It was actually very easy to do and I removed the broken lock and simply clicked the replacement into place. I then re-assembled the door and fastened it back to the washing machine frame. The only tool required was a screwdriver.A total (honestly!) of twenty minutes. My wife was very impressed, particularly as I was able to clean all the door parts and it now looks like a brand new machine!! I would certainly recommend both this part and the company. Superb service and value.
