Essential part, great product
Essential part for dishwasher to work properly, easy to fit, arrived quickly, so dishwasher back in action very quickly.

Easy to fit, quality part.
The old seal had frayed after 17 years' use, so that tea, coffee stains etc were not being fully removed due to reduced efficiency of the top spray arm. This is a quality replacement part in Hotpoint packaging. It's easy to fit. I applied a little Water Regs approved silicon grease to the rubber seal before fitting. The top spray arm is now cleaning like new again, leaving crockery sparkling clean - job done.

Solved the problem!
This replacement part has meant that the dishwasher now cleans the top tray as well as when the dishwasher was first bought. Great value.

Fix a common problem

Simple Solution
Finding and fitting this small part saved me £££££’s. My dishwasher was not doing the job at all just because the original rubber had worn. The alternative would have been to replace with new.

Solved a dishwasher problem
It is easy to overlook this small but important item in Hotpoint, Indesit and allied dishwashers. I was finding that items on the top tray did not come out perfectly clean and the detergent reservoir was not emptying. It took me a long time to discover the cause which was this little item at the rear of the top tray which had lost its rubber seal, resulting in reduced water spray pressure to both upper and lower spray arms. Fitting the replacement part took less than a minute and transformed the machine. Put a little silicone grease on the rubber seal to reduce friction when sliding in the tray and hopefully extending its life. Worth keeping a spare just in case! I have used Ransom Spares before and am very impressed by the speed of service and their very reasonable charges. They will be my first port of call for future spares.

Good one.
Only a small part, but it's vital to a dishwasher. I liked being able to see a picture on the website and pick exactly the part I wanted. Good show all round.

Great product
Great product and very easy to fit. Dishwasher cleans better than it has for a long time. Product arrived as detailed in email notifications and at a fraction of the cost than other websites for the same genuine manufacturers part. Will definitely use this company for spare parts in the future.
