Looked around for these parts and although Ransom Spares were not the cheapest I had a good feeling about their website and customer service. I wasn't disappointed. Ordered with ease and products came quite quickly and fit perfectly in the fridge which now looks brand new. thanks a million

Baumatic shelf
The ordering process was easy, I ordered next day delivery and it arrived by Royal Mail the following day. The part was well packaged and no damage.The part was a genuine Baumatic spare and I fitted it without a problem. Just one small observation, the confirmation email did not stipulate a Royal Mail delivery so I was expecting a courier and a tracking facility as the website indicates.

Ordered a glass shelf for our baumatic fridge/freezer. The part was perfect and the service provided by Ransom was, as always, excellent - I have ordered spares from Ransom in the past and will do so again.

Great shelves
