Exact Replacement
The new door hinge was exactly like the original one and fitted perfectly. The door was repaired in about 10 minutes. Well worth the £5's and doing it yourself. Saved a bundle.

Your website said it would fit. It 'did what it said on the box'. No more, no less. You advised getting a professional to fit it. I asked a cooker repair man to do it while he was already in the house mending the cooker. He did it with two screws in less than two minutes. He didn’t use the new bearings and took them away. Charged me £15. Twice the price of the part.. I could have easily done it myself. But I wasted £15 by following your advice.

Ransom to the rescue!
More in hope than expectation I trawled the web for parts for our old Creda Tumble Dryer. Hit on Ransom Spares who had both the hinge and the brackets required for the door. Good price, prompt delivery, excellent service. Parts fitted perfectly saving the dryer from the dump and us the money we would have had to spend on replacing it. Exact replacement
Exact replacement of broken part. Easy to order. Paid extra for fast delivery so arrived quickly. Easy to fit. Clothes dryer back in operation. Only negative is not with Ransom's but with Creda for designing a hinge that is die cast and barely strong enough for the job.

Broken Hinge
This hinge was a original part so as you can guess it fitted and worked perfectly with the bushes also supplied now I don't have to walk around the dryer door on the floor to make a cup of tea👍🏽

Perfect replacement for broken hinge
This was a bargain price and delivered promptly. It matched the broken hinge and was easy to fit. Although only a casting, the last hinge had lasted over 25 years, so I imagine this spare part will also last and last.

Easy peasy
