Just the job!
Part checked for compatibility and ordered. Arrived promptly. Used the online video as a guide, which was really helpful - thank you for that. Took about an hour to remove the oven, fit the thermocouple and replace everything. Simple job - thank you Ransom Spares. Hope I don't need you again, but if I do, I'll know where to come.

Doesn't look like the original one in cooker but does the job
Ordered this as website (and others) said it was for our cooker. When it arrived realised that it was oriented 90 degrees compared to the existing one so contacted customer services before trying to fit it, as it is not a minor job to remove the old one. They assured me it was so I went ahead, and sure enough, it just fitted in the space. Excellent value - less than half the price of some competitors offerings of the same part number.

Did what is says on the tin
This was my first purchase from Ransomspares. The shipping and delivery were fairly quick considering the current situation. The thermostat was also fairly simple to install, in our 15yo+ Belling oven, although initially it looked a little different from the original part, I could see that it had the same connectors. 2 weeks in it seems to be regulating the oven temperature well, although I suspect (after testing) it is about 10degs hotter than the dial indicates, this could just be a tolerance of the dial itself. Overall I am very happy with the part, the ease of installation and the value of money.

Oven Thermostat.
Good product. Arrived in good time. The excellent video instruction was an invaluable help. The part was not as easy to fit on a stand alone cooker as the build in unit on the video. This is no fault, or criticism, stand alone cookers need a little more dismantling to gain access to the wire sensor route. The product was easy to fit once the cooker was dismantled. It works very well and restored the cooker back to service. Thanks for a great service all round.

Good Service
This will be my second order from Ransomes and am very pleased with their service. The ability to look up the exact part required on their website is really good and comprehensive. The thermostat looked the same as the original 30 year old one and was an easy install. Happy customer, once again!

Keeping Cooker alive

Good product, easy to fit once access was sorted
The new thermostat is working exactly as it should, and was an easy item to fit, the biggest hassle was getting the oven out from under the worktop, due to the way it had been fitted when new, but that's not the fault of the thermostat! The price was considerably better than going direct to the manufacturer, and as far as I can see, there are no issues at all, it's accurate, and works as was expected, the temperature range is tight, and close to the setting expected, so all good. Packing was good, and delivery was quick, which also helped.

No problems
Replacement part fitted ok and working. Slightly different connections but clearly detailed on attached instructions. No problems. Excellent service from Ransome's Spares.

Perfect replacement thermostat...
Ordered this replacement main oven thermostat from Ransom Spares for my Creda Menu 350. It arrived quickly, was easy to install and has been working fine ever since (no more burnt Yorkshire Puds!).
