It works
Good service , product arrived within 2 days of order confirmation via email. Element is now fitted and working. I chose Ransom for the ease of the product ID library and then price , which was 60% cheaper than its competitors. I would recommend a DIY vid for external oven elements. ie tips for beginners to locate machine screw holes on very flexible casings, and insulation handling. I will use them again. 10/10 for service

Oven brought back to life...
Changed oven element, easy to fit, delivered when it was supposed to be, exceptionally good value and a lot lot cheaper than buying a whole new oven. Had never really thought about repairing appliances before but will definitely think about it again in the future. Oven working perfectly now.

Ordered as a replacement for a failed component. I was pleased to find it was indeed an original component i.e. not a replica of lower quality. Delivered promptly too. I only gave the part a quality rating of 4stars, because although it appears to be an authentic component, the original failed within 18 months.
