Dryer repair
Tumble dryer is old and only lightly used. All that was wrong was heating element. Could have purchased a second hand dryer for amount the part cost, but at least this has a new element that will hopefully last. Easy to replace part which arrived quickly.

When my very old Wirlpool drier failed due to the heater I thought I would not be able to get a replacement and have to buy another drier. However I found a replacement heater on Ransom Spares that was cheaper than other suppliers. It arrived quickly and was easy to fit so the drier was soon back in action again.

Tumble dryer element
Ransom spares offer an outstanding customer service, The part ordered had express delivery and didn't turn up. not only did they refund my delivery charge but also managed to dispatch a replacement by express delivery. Right product easy to fit
Ordered item on 23 Dec but wrong item delivered. Contacted customer support twice then called. The firm immediately forwarded the correct item. Incorrect item was returned. Very happy with product but they should have provided the correct item the first time. Paid next day delivery but due to this issue and hol period received it on 29 Dec. Will use the company again if the price is right.

Good value
The problem (no heat) was either heater or thermostat. This part included both for less than £30 so good value. A slight issue around delivery was sorted immediately (as was the return of an unwanted part) by Ransom, whose customer service is excellent. Will not hesitate to use them again.

Heating Element Perfect
Great job. Fraction of the price compared to other replacement sites. Fitted perfectly and I was up and running again in 1/2 and hour. At £30 incl postage it beats buying a new dryer at £200. Happy customer.

Good quality part.
This is a genuine whirlpool part,and as such the quality is very good and the price is reasonable. It is so easy to remove the old one and fit a replacement.
