Great product, fast delivery
Website was really easy to use aloud me to select the part using the search tool located the correct part and ordered for next day delivery. Came on time and fitted the part soon as it arrive it was very simple to fit and came with the replacement screw everything I needed to fit. Thank you!

Replacement Part
Easily found with washing machine product code. The part was delivered really quickly, within the specified time frame. I was able to fix my washing machine, slightly fiddly replacing though. No issues and door is working again. Great price also.

Great product, easy to fit

Make do and mend
Really impressed with Ransom spares, the website is easy to navigate and find the part I needed. The part was quickly dispatched and was well packaged. It was really easy to fit and really helped me with regards to not having to hang around for an engineer to ultimately do what was a very simply repair. So before you pay for an engineer, have a think about whether or not you can do it yourself, then get yourself over to Ransom Spares.

Product fine, shipping awful!
The part was fine. Easy to fit and works great. The problem was shipping. Why it took over a week for a part that, at the time of ordering, was in stock I don't know. Could have ordered and taken delivery of a new washing machine in that time. Will think twice about ordering from Ransom again.

This was probably cheapest on internet, Including next day delivery. Saved over £70 on price quoted by engineer to supply and fit. Simple to fit, my granddaughter did it in 30mins using the Ransom's step by step tutorial video. Excellent all round. Thanks

Perfect fit found it easier to take the lid of the machine to fit. Hardest bit was pushing the machine back into its hole
