Fan Oven Element
Good quality element, genuine part. A little more awkward to fit as other brands of cookers as this was for a range cooker so had to be removed and back casing taken off. However, easy enough for a competent repair man. Quick delivery and service yet again from Ransom spares.

Useful part
This element was delivered quickly and did the job well. Fairly easy to fit but would have been helpful to know that you actually need a set of nuts and bolts to fit it as the original screws can’t be used. I think the site sells the nuts and bolts but it was not clear you actually really needed them!

Easy to replace - with a bit of help
Ransom delivered very quickly and all parts were as advertised. Unfortunately to replace this part, i needed to remove the oven and also a back plate within the oven. Once that was done it was pretty straightforward to replace the part and it seems to be working well.

Great product, good fit.
I thought that I may have been taking a chance buying this as it was cheaper than all the other sites I searched. I couldn't be happier that I did as it is a perfect fit and identical to the one that I removed. The oven element I purchased was over £4 cheaper on this site, not a megabucks saving I know but still cheaper and as mentioned it is identical to the one I removed. I have no hesitation in recommending buying from the RandomSpares website.

Good quality product
Product is of good quality, with speedy delivery. Fitting this to the Prestige PR1-DO proved a bit longer than expected. Back had to be removed.

Good product but not so easy to fit on this oven
The product is good no doubt it works a treat. However it was not so easy to fit. The screws that hold the element are on the back of the oven so had to take the oven out of the housing and the back plate off to remove the old and fit the new.

Excellent product - not always easy to fit, but persevere!
The unit arrived very quickly and well packaged. Having viewed the excellent on-line video, I expected it to be a doodle to fit: the video shows fitting it from the front. However, my unit - a Prestige PR1-DO - and, undoubtedly, some others, need the element to be fitted from the rear which, for a fitted unit, requires the entire unit to be completely removed from its carcass, which is certainly a two-person (at least!) job which should be approached very carefully. There were numerous screws to remove and replace, some of which were very fiddly - particularly replacing. At under £20 - if you can fit it yourself, or with free assistance - this unit is great value and you will save a fortune compared to calling out an engineer. Thank you Ransoms
