Keeping the old Zanussi WDT 1085 running
The drain pump failed on the old Zanussi, but an Askol replacement from Ransom Spares soon had it operational again. While the machine is a bit like 'Trigger's brush' to keep it working for £10 ish is ano brainer. Easy to fit , 3 screws, although I had to cut off the old plug from the wiring loom and solder on two new spade terminals, 5 min job. Delivery was fast, no problems.

Easy replacement for AEG
Fairly easy replacement for pump on AEG Lavamat 72600 (from 1997) with c2 error code. Wiring loom doesn't fit so needs adapter or just a get a couple of spade connectors as I did.

Great replacement
Pump works exactly as it should, albeit a little bit noisier than the original. Extremely easy to install although I would recommend ordering the adapter kit to fit wiring harness

Saved £300 and repaired the machine.
So disconnect the power. Simply drop the pump down. Remove 3 philips screws Refit with new part.

Quality easy fit Pump
Quick delivery, quality compatible pump, I had to replace the existing pump connecting plug with Crimp Spade connectors ( few minutes,highlighted on the product description.) New pump works well. Highly recommended.

Had To Make Some Adjustments
The product is a universal part, even though I entered the correct model number online. The existing water pump body has 'male' pick up points. With this product it has male pick up points also, therefore, it was male to male. To get it to fit, I carefully sawed off the 3 pick up points, carefully drilled 3 holes in the pump body. The rubber 'O' ring fitted nice and tight in the body. I then 'belt and braced' things by putting silicone on the mating surfaces and screwed the pump and body together with 3 self tapping screws. There are holes already in the pump body. I then had to adjust the wiring, as has been mentioned by others. The live and neutral is marked on the pump. And the washing machine pump power feed is marked on my machine, so no problems. And touch wood all is working fine. A satisfactory cheap fix.

Perfect
Great product and nice price. Easy to replace part in my Candy washing machine. Just has to split the 2 pin electrical connector in order to connect to this pump.

Wow! great value, easy to fit.
So glad I stumbled across this website. Saved a fortune, such a good value pump and I now have a functioning washing machine again. Delivery was as stated. Fitting was easy, just had to reshape the plastic washing machine housing cover slightly to fit over the pump. But it mounted perfectly and works a treat.

Does what it says on the box !
Easy to fit - the only mod, as mentioned elsewhere, was the power cable needing splitting as the connections were in a different place to the original. Straightforward as long as you have a left AND a right thumb !!

Exactly what I needed and speedy delivery. Item arrived in 2 working days. The item was exactly what I needed at an amazing price at almost 1/3 cost of the original part. There have been some reviews where customers have stated that the L&N pins are not marked. It's possible the part has been revised since then as mine came marked. Fitting was straight forward.

The way it should be
Delivery was Quick. It was easy to change the pump and it works the way it should. We have been using the washing mashine for one week now and there were no leaks.
