This is a great product and I so appreciate getting spares rather than having to buy new BUT I have still been unable to fit it as I can't get the old broken part off! I appreciate this is not your fault and you have given me advice as to how to do it. However I advise getting the old bit off before ordering a new one!

Bought a new hoover didn't like the new floor tool prefer the old style .so much happier with it

Good product
The part is smaller in width and the black connection is shorter than the original. It wasn't actually what I required but it connected ok with poles for the vacuum and the suction from is good. Overall happy with this purchase.

good hoover head
This is a great hoover head not fancy just practical and best of all strong. In school we use up hoover heads so you need one that is economic and tough.
