Straight swap
I needed to repair my old fan extractor and was embarrassed to see how greasy the old carbon filter was, a case of "out of sight, out of mind". Having dug out the instruction manual, it says this part should be changed regularly to minimise the risk of fire. This new one, although it has a slightly different locking disc, is a straight swap and is good value.

Great value for money

Creda extraction carbon replacement filter

Good replacement
Didn't realise the cover could open so easily so this made fitting a bit trickier than expected, probably the angle of cooker hood didn't help. However it is in situ and working satisfactorily.

Seems to do the job
Order arrived damaged but was very quickly replaced by Ransom (great service) These are always difficult to fit because view of the securing screw is restricted. Once fitted, they appear to work fine

good, inexpensive substitute for original filter model
Good product, good price. It's not the original model for my old creda 4510 cooker hood, but with the central adaptor plate,it fits well and does the job. I will definitely come back for another when this one needs replacing

Good value but fiddly
This filter is very good value but is very fiddly to fit as it does not have any locating pegs to line up with the Creda hood. Also the centre hole allows the fixing screw to go beyond its shoulder step resulting in a slightly loose fit. Despite this I will still purchase similar in the future.
