Not just about the product
I ordered a washing machine spare to replace a broken part and of course it arrived without any problems. That is not the point. I originally ordered the wrong part and ransomspares where brilliant in arranging the refund and keeping me updated. It is a firm with great customer engagement and I will certainly order from them again.

Easy to fit, fast delivery. Follow the YouTube instructions if you do not know what you are doing and it will be straight forward. Works perfectly

Excellent value for money
This part was far cheaper than the authentic part from Bosch, however it looks great, installed relatively easily (about 1 hr total job) and very happy with the outcome.

First time fitting
Bought this to replace a very mouldy rubber seal. Although no fitting instructions included, found some excellent videos on YouTube to talk through the stages. A bigger job than expected, pulling various panels off the washing machine but in the end satisfied with installation & saved about £100 on an engineer fitting it! Overall a good product.

Good seal and much cheaper than the original part.
The compatible door seal works well. It looks well made even if the shape isn't identical to the original. It's a whole lot cheaper than the Bosch version. Fitting it was fun, I think it took about 40 minutes. I took the front cover off the machine, but didn't need to remove the concrete counterweight which is shown in one video I watched. The videos certainly helped a lot.

Good compoatible door seal
Seems very well made. Easy to fit (watch the video on ransomespares website, not identical machine to mine but useful) once I found how to remove the machine front panel ! Great value.

Good replacement part
Was relatively straightforward to replace and rubber quality seems good. Now a year later and the seal is still all good.

Good product
Very good product.Fairly easy to fit once I'd given up trying to follow the methodology in the videos I viewed which all involved removing the Top and the top front panel. On my model a Bosch Logixx 1400 Express the top seemed to be fixed in place. However it was fairly easy to remove the front door and bottom panels and I managed to remove and replace the seal without removing the weight although it was a bit fiddly to access and replace the holding springs and I don't think it would have been possible without help.

Good product and easy to fit as I had dismantled the machine.
Easily fitted, part was as described looks identical to the original and it is better than half the price. It is too early to say about how long it will last, hopefully longer than the original one.

Prompt efficient service
I ordered a new door seal for my Bosch washing machine over the Christmas holiday period. It arrived promptly and was of good quality even though it wasn't a genuine Bosch spare part. I will use this supplier again and can thoroughly recommend them.
