It was easy to find the part on Ransom's site. The photo was very clear and helped to assure me that I had identified the right part. There was a delay in the supply of the part but Ransom kept me fully informed and upgraded my delivery for free. The part was not easy to fit. The oven is 10 years old so some of the screws were rusted in place. The outer casing had to be removed and some of the nuts and bolts had to be accessed inside and outside of the oven at the same time. You need long arms! When I put it all back together it works well and I am pleased with it.
