The oven door glass was exactly what I needed to replace a cracked one. It was eye wateringly expensive for a small piece of glass but I suspect it’s a very special material to withstand the temperatures of a pyrolytic cleaning oven. No fault of the part but they are quite difficult to fit, with the reassembly really requiring more than two hands. Least pleasing was the delivery experience. I waited for the dispatch-by period plus the delivery period quoted (about 10 days including weekends) before chasing with Ransomes. They replied that the order was just about ready to be dispatched, no apology. I thought the customer service could have been significantly better.

Fast service easy to fit but takes time as you have to be careful in fitting because of al l glass in the microwave door
