The part required was for NEFF microwave oven that hasn’t been working for a while now had the wife nagging me to get it fixed it’s on its fourth one jack helped me identify the part need came in a few day’s microwave working as it should you know what they say happy wife happy life no more nagging well worth the money

Fairly straight forward
Instructions adequate and parts fairly easy to fit although a bit fiddly securing the shield plate in the top of the oven. Unfortunately the screw supplied for securing the aerial blade to the shaft was the wrong one and I had to remove and reuse the one from the old aerial. So a little frustration there but otherwise a fairly straight forward job for anyone with a reasonable amount of practical experience.

Expensive but works
Needed to change the aerial thing in my microwave and this was the only place I could get it. It was not a simple task, possibly because the device is above the main oven and the power is hardwired. Did get it done though and it works so that's good but it is expensive for what it is. I'd certainly use Random spares again as they always seem to have the parts and not usually as dear as this.

When it comes to buying spares for Siemens/Bosch products from Holland etc. it appears we are not in the E.U., so it's a good job we have Ransom Spares in the U.K.. When I received my part the ceramic insulator was broken due to insufficient packing and I was not happy. Just a short phone call and without a quibble another was dispatched at once, this time with extra packing so my smile was restored. Easy to enough fit though a bit fiddly and my oven is repaired. Well done me! and well done Ransom.

Hello, I put the model of my microwave into your site to see compatibility. My Neff microwave is: H7871n2GB/01 - it is the cream ceramic knob within the round metal plate (as detailed in your picture on the far right) I am looking for because it broke and the microwave is now sparking.
Can I buy just this part? Please let me know. Also if it does not fit my microwave, can I send it back and get my money returned?

Hi Rebecca, the aerial required for your model was RS522812 but unfortunately this is now obsolete so we cannot supply it. Please accept our apologies.
