How does the turntable drive coupling work in microwaves?
The turntable drive coupling transfers rotational motion from the motor to the glass turntable and allows it to spin during the cooking process. It has a plastic or rubber coupling that connects the motor shaft to the turntable hub.
As the motor rotates, it transfers the motion through the drive coupling.

Great customer service
The original part that we ordered was not delivered by the delivery company. They claimed not to be able to btain access to our property, even thugh they had deliverd parcels previously. A complaint to Ransomes elecited a speedy reply and they despatched a further part, even though it wasn't their problem. This was great customer service for which I am grateful and I will definitely use them again.
