Easy to find the right part on Ransom's website. Microwave bulb arrived ahead of schedule. Exact match for Neff original, easily installed & works well.

Perfect replacement Russel Hobbs Microwave
I don't know why they don't use regular screw bulbs likenormal ovens but this does the trick.

No Issues
The bulb worked absolutely fine. Ransom delivered very quickly and safely packaged - as always. Fitting it too some working out for 2 reasons (not the fault of the component) - the bulb requires the microwave to be partially taken apart (nothing as easy as a cover!) - Bosch always make it difficult to fit replacement parts and don't publish any instructions - so took around 45 minutes to work out - would only take 10 mins to do it again - but be warned !!

Excellent Service and Sound Advice
After emailing directly I was reassured that although this part did not look exactly like the lamp we removed from our microwave - it would indeed fit. I was a little skeptical but ordered anyway. It arrived within 3 days and did fit fine - as Jordan confirmed it would. I am really impressed with Ransom and would definitely order from them again. Better prices than going directly to Neff too.

Hi Raymond, the lamp and holder are supplied complete and cannot be unscrewed from each other.
