Easy to find the part required and order from web site. Delivered within two weeks and fitted the lawn mower exactly. Very impressed with service and parts and will use Ransoms again

Ransomes are the only supplier of this part so it is great to be able to find it. However, delivery took a month! I rang customer services a few times to be told at first that it had arrived and would be sent immediately. Then a week later I rang again to be told it had not arrived and was still on order. It eventually arrived 10 days later. Great product but customer services need some work!
