Excellent Customer Service
It makes a nice change to be able to repair something rather than chuck it away and buy a new one. The McCullough blower/sucker had a damaged impeller caused by inhaling up a lot of wood. The exploded diagram on Ransom's site enabled me to identify the part I needed which I ordered. I then realised an hour or two later that I had lost a bolt which wasn't essential, but I thought I would try and add to the order. I phoned and a helpful chap allowed me to add it without incurring any additional carriage charge.

I have a McCulloch GBV 325 leaf blower (Serial No 967167101) with a damaged impeller, will your Flymo RS417801fit, and is it still in stock? (Reason for question : I recently ordered one from a competitor - who advised that there are two McCulloch variants, and when I gave the serial number, ordered the right one, but was subsequently advised that it was out of stock, and had it's manufacture had been discontinued.)
