Expensive for what they are
Shocked by how expensive replacement drawers were. To be fair, Ransom are marginally cheaper than Zanussi direct but £120 for 3 replacement drawers the you can buy a complete Zanussi freezer for £299 seems excessive. One drawer was cracked on arrival and it was immediately replaced, the service Ransom provide is excellent in my experience.

We have a Zanussi integral fridge freezer, due to it being fully fitted in the cabinet we are unable to access the serial number etc. The only number we have is ZBB6284 The middle drawer is cracked and we need to replace it, we are not sure which one of them is the correct one. Your help would be much appreciated.
