Ransom Spares, make selecting parts really easy with exploded drawings (though it took me a while to find that you can get a blown-up image when you click on, for example, the part reference link) to check that you have the right item). Ordering, packing and speed of delivery really is very good. My only gripes are that the original quality of Zanussi fridge/freezer parts is poor. The grade of plastic is barely suitable (too brittle/too thin). They cr@ck at the slightest bit of resistance, i.e. if a freezer box freezes to the shelf, or if something gets caught between drawer and shelf. Consequently, you are likely to have to replace several plastic parts at what is a very high price in proportion to the original fridge/freezer cost. There is also some discrepancy in the Zanussi short model numbers in the handbook/physical plate on the unit and the full (longer) number required on some spares websites.
