Even though this part didn’t look a lot like the original I had removed from my refrigerator water dispenser, when it came to it it was a perfect fit. I merely had to cut off the ends of the three hoses so they fitted the push fittings as opposed to the original screw compression types and although the location made fitting awkward, the whole job was done in an hour and the new valve is so much quieter than the original one that had become noisy and dripped

Replaced the water inlet valve on my 2004 Whirlpool as the original made noises every now and then when opening the fridge door! have to cut the inlet pipe to suit the new valve but no issues and new valve is quieter than the original.
