Was easy to find the exact part and although I measured the previous shelf and matched it to the one online I still held my breath! However, it not only arrived very quickly but was very well packaged and a perfect fit for my 20 year old fridge freezer - the model was now obsolete and difficult to find parts for anywhere else. The price and postage was reasonable, I'll definitely come to Ransom Spares again should the need arise.
