Best price around, OK motor, for made in China, needs an electrician, so if you are not technically minded; 1. The outer black wire has a groove in it, in the US this is the Neutral, in the old US colour scheme White or Grey. 2. The inner black wire is smooth with writing embedded in it. This is US Live, in the old US colour scheme red or black. 3. Green/yellow is Earth like our system. 4. If like me you have a connector block, the new motor has none, as the wires are directly connected. 5. Carefully cut off the old block from the feed wiring, save the cable joins in the block and connect via a chocolate block junction, or directly solder and then insulate the joint. 6. If the equipment has an earth already (It should have a chassis Earth by law) Ignore the Earth wire. You can fit it as an extra if you so desire. 7. Check fan blades are level and not bent etc and fit fan. 8. Check motor spins in the correct direction, if not so, check your wiring colours. 9. All the best, Andy.
