Always apprehensive using an online retailer for the first time. Very pleased to say that the whole process worked perfectly. Item arrived in good time, properly packaged, and fitted perfectly. Reviews were very helpful - only wish I had read them before I had thrown away the broken door tray, as I did not keep the associated metal bar as one reviewer highlighted. Still, the shelf is functional minus the bar and no spilt milk as yet! It was great to be able to find a replacement part for a relatively old fridge. Thank You. I would definitely use again.
