After initially ordering the wrong parts to replace this piece and 2 others in my fridge, Deanna Ricketts was exrtremely helpful in helping me find the correct replacement parts. They arrived quickly and were the perfect fit. Fantastic customer service. Such a relief to have parts in my fridge that are intact and look good. My only bugbear would be that because I ordered incorrectly in the first instance, I pad to pay over £13 to return two parts. I didn’t mind paying for the. Return as it was my mistake, I just wondered why the Company couldn’t negotiate a better returns postage rate with Royal Mail or another as so many do nowadays. So my advice would be to order correctly in the first instance.
