Quite easy to fit from the outside of the freezer

The 'sleeve' is the thermal barrier on the ice dispenser that is prone to breakage if ice blockage is cleared too vigorously. Easy to fit from the outside once you work out how to remove the water/ice dispenser...there is no need to remove the door inner
