An original Siemens product which was of very good quality and easy to fit. The part being a plastic moulding was in my view expensive but clearly if you want a replacement this is the price you pay. My concern was the way the items I ordered (this part being part of a bundle of spares) were packed. The box arrived open as it had not been properly taped up and the fragile parts inside were fairly loose without sufficient packaging and I was quite surprised they were all intact and undamaged. Ransom spares please take note for your despatch team

For these replacement parts tend to be very expensive but this site, albeit not cheap, priced the part sensibly, compared with other sites. The part is genuibe and was delivered very quickly. I was totally pleased with their services and will definitely buy from the site again in the future when spare parts are needed.
