Top quality product and the usual excellent prompt service from the Ransom Spares team. I had mistakenly given the wrong delivery address but was able to resolve this easily with the efficient Ransom team and it arrived promptly at the intended address.

The product, a new door for my under counter Neff fridge was required because the lugs supporting the bottom door tray had broken. These lugs are an integral part of the door and the removable tray is large enough to hold several large drinks bottles. The lugs are woefully inadequate (or the tray is too large). This is a design flaw by Neff and renders part of the fridge unusable and unrepairable. The door cost nearly half the price of a new fridge which seems excessive. This does not reflect poorly on Ransomes as the part was as described, arrived when stated and was the lowest price I could find. Thank you.
