Just what is needed
Take the old cracked item out and put it into the recycling bin and insert the new one in its place. Brilliant. Delighted with it.

Fridge salad crisper
Swift delivery of a genuine replacement part. Easily fitted into the recess left by removal of the damaged part. Just be mindful that there’s a right and a wrong way round.

Described as Bosch but fitted a Tecnik
The fridge is a Tecnik KUR1503/02 according to its label and I was looking for a replacement salad drawer. Searching Google indicates that KUR1503/02 is a Bosch model no. Ransom's had one in stock so I ordered it. It arrive promptly and was as it had left its factory. Exactly same shape and size as the old one. I guess Tecnik must be Bosch's downmarket brand - fridge was originally supplied as part of a Moben kitchen.

Good service all round
The part was well-packed but arrived damaged. There was no question about a replacement which arrived safely and promptly. The part fits perfectly. An excellent service from this company. Phones queries are answered quickly and efficiently.
