I ordered the wrong part! I needed the front , not the drawer. But the customer service people were brilliant. It cost under £3 to return this bulky part, and most importantly the staff identified the exact part I needed ( which wasn’t clear on the website as neither dimensions nor confirmation of correct model number were given). So I now have a totally usable salad drawer again - so much better for me and the planet than buying a whole new fridge!
