Hotpoint Fridge & Freezer ThermostatC00261012

Whilst defrosting our Hotpoint fridge the thermostat coupling cable was accidently broken. As the fridge is almost 20 years old I thought it would be very difficult to find a replacement part. I rang Ransome and gave details of the fridge make and model and within a few moments they gave me a part number which I immediately ordered. I was rather sceptical that the part would not be the same but on delivery was delighted that it matched the old thermostat exactly. I duly fitted the new part and now the fridge is working perfectly again. Thanks Ransome, you have saved me a lot of money!
