Good news: ordering process was easy, once I had found the full model number on the inside of the fridge (pro tip: it's easier to find if you remove the drawers!) The drawer fitted perfectly and appeared identical to the original part. Not so good news: I only needed the front of the drawer (which had broken because of pulling it too hard when the drawer was full) but I had to order a complete drawer. No online supplier was able to supply a drawer front on its own. I felt bad about having to throw away an almost-complete drawer. It would be wonderful if I could order just the drawer front, and/or if the supplier would take back the unwanted part for recycling or reuse.

I used ransom spares to purchase a new freezer Drawer as previous one had split. The product came very promptly after ordering. It was good value compared to going direct to Hotpoint easy find with the product code on the website. When the Drawer arrived it was well packaged and fitted perfectly first time. Would definitely use Ransom Spare again.

I ordered a replacement drawer for my Hotpoint freezer and having ordered it at a great price, it was dispatched very promptly. It was delivered by DPD and unfortunately was damaged so I called Ransom Spares immediately, emailed their customer service team some pictures and they dispatched a replacement the same day without any fuss.
