Bought second hand fridge with fridge doors opening wrong side for me. Finding exactly the right parts I needed was tricky on the net but I the advice I recieved of the gentleman on the phone was helpful and true. Originally called Hotpoint, the contact was rude and he tried to charge £28. After refusing he dropped it to £20ish. It seemed the difference was "postage". So I saved money with Ransom and got the correct product. Thankyou Ransom and all the best for the future
