Invaluable product
My fridge stopped cooling. After doing some research & removing the back panel of the fridge, I discovered the damper had failed. Replaced the part with ease & it's now working fine. A great purchase. It has saved me a fortune in repair fees.

Right part, fixed it.
The freezer was fine but fridge kept warming up. After taking the back plate off I could see the flap wasn't opening to allow cold air into the fridge and would open with light force. Ordered this part, delivery was quick. Easy to fit and no issue any more. saved me buying a new fridge freezer.

Exact replacement, perfect fit
Came in slightly cheaper than the official hotpoint website and with the added reassurance of knowing it would be a fast service with Ransom Spares (being a returning customer). Ordered late into a Friday evening, arrived early Monday morning which was a nice surprise as it meant I could fix my fridge freezer earlier than expected! Perfect fit exact original manufacturer replacement part, literally unplug the old one and plug in the new one. Couldn't be simpler and a real life saver.
