Hotpoint Fridge & Freezer Fan Motor & FanC00140724

The bearings in the previous fan in our fridge sounded to have failed as whenever on to assist with the cooling a loud noise would alert its distress. This was an original part and direct replacement. The fridge needs to be completely pulled out to gain access to the rear/underside, removal of the fan is pretty easy but the wires to connect to the power go around the back of the compressor so it the fitting of the new one gets a bit fiddly. The replacement works perfectly, no noisy fridge again. I paid for the expedited shipping but it took 2 days to arrive (direct from Hotpoint).
