Perfect replacement
Much easier to find the required part when compared with the manufacturer’s website. The cost was much lower too. Delivery was quick and the replacement shelf was in perfect condition. It was soon fitted and the fridge back in full working order.

So easy to order & fit
You wouldn't think that the bottom (milk) shelf of a fridge snapping its attachment would cause so much disruption but it does- as usual we take these things for granted. I was able to search on-line & order at 11pm Tuesday and it was deliverd by Royal Mail on Friday. I was shown how to find the exact model (a label stuck on the inside wall behind the veg/fruit chiller) which is the vital bit. I fitted it within 30 seconds of opening the pack- a perfect fit. It cost just over half the Hoptpoint spares price and with free P&P. Excellent value & service.

Great Replacement Shelf
Ordered this fridge door shelf for my Hotpoint fridge/freezer. The older one had been dropped and had a piece knock off it. The new one was a perfect replacement for it - same build quality, shape, same mounting slots etc. Not much more I can say about a replacement shelf other than extremely pleased with it and the service provided by RansomSpares. I just hope I can continue to avail of their services after Brexit without extra tax and duty - ah well will just have to wait and see....

Replacement door shelf for fridge freezer. No real fitting required as it just slips in - very good value when compared to the official freezer websites cost.

Perfect fit and reasonably priced
Arrived quickly, well wrapped and is a straightforward replacement. Finally sorted the annoying partially broken tray in my Hotpoint FFA97 which I've put up with all these years and for a reasonable price!

my fridge freezer is a hotpoint ultima it is approx 15years old and in perfect condition apart from bottom door bottle shelf cannot find reg No please advice thank you
Hi Peter, to find the correct shelf we'd need the model details. These are usually found on the rating plate behind the salad drawer. If you can locate this, please submit a part enquiry including the model and serial numbers so we can confirm the correct part.
