Website easy to use to identify the correct part. Payment and delivery was quick and smooth. Unfortunately this freezer door cover part is the same poor quality as supplied by Hoover (the manufacturer). The part is constructed of plastic that is too thin and flimsy. As a consequence, the part becomes to brittle (due to freezer temperatures) and cracks easily. This is the third replacement. Would really like it if the spare part provider would be able to source stronger replacements!
