Great customer services when it is easy for them Appaling customer service when it is difficult. They were asked to consolidate two of my orders (1276048 & 1283943) into one and they apparently did so and refunded one lot of postage. An item in 1276048 wasn't in stock and had to be ordered. 1283943 orders arrived and 1276048 didn't. They prevaricated about whether the 1276048 had been sent or not. I then asked them to send the the parts of 1276048 they had in stock and when they had the other part send that. Apparently their warehouse can't cope with that (being sent overseas was the excuse). But why can't they send the items they have in one Jiffy bag and out-of-stock item in another when the receive it? Consequence is that 1276048, placed on 14th April, has not been received on 15th May and there is no prospect of it being delivered until sometime after 24th May. Order cancelled and refund awaited.
