Product showed up packaged well and incredibly quickly. The plastic drawer ordered was identical in every way to the broken one except the screen printing on the front was missing, not really an issue, but for the person hoping to replace something before someone notices it's broken, not perfect ;) Not the first time i've used Ransoms over the years and won't be the last, couldn't even get this part from the manufacturer, you guys are great.
